The Event

Since GFF was a victim of downtime through April 1, 2007, it could only be assumed that the downtime was, hopefully, part of some April Fool's prank. Over time, however, it quickly became clear that an eleven-day April Fool's joke would be the lamest thing ever--there was no GFF celebration of April Fool's Day 2007 due to the downtime.
