"Community events are a fun part of how the community comes together to have fun, and every year features several, from theme weeks, sig chains, long-running RPGs and offline meets.

"Gamingforce is more than just a message board, it's a community. Not a particularly friendly or welcoming one according to Sass but a community none the less. Part of the reason we've ended up such a tight knit bunch is the plethora of community events that run throughout the year here. Practically every week sees a different av and sig chain, there are forum games and contests and now we also see regular meet ups around the world.

The question is, which has been the very best community event of the last year? Ideally I'd suggest you vote for the one which you think benefited our sense of community the most although to be fair, nominating the one you enjoyed most is a more realistic expectation." -- Shin
