2003:

"Who is the biggest Member Moderator?" -- Sword Serenity

2004:

"Everyone wants a piece of the action. Remember that kid in school who used to dream of being in the Air Force? He wore a camouflage jacket, had a brushcut, constantly talked about fighter jets as though everyone else thought it was fascinating, always supported the establishment's position on everything, no matter how stupid it was? He couldn't be an airplane fighter, so he had to settle for the next best thing: being annoying.

GFF has its own version of this kid: the Member Moderator. Always pointing out spammers, threatening to report trolling, posting just to tell you that you created a thread in the wrong forum, he or she has no true power. However, they hope to impress enough people with their pretend abilities to eventually be given a chance in the major leagues. We know it'll never happen but this doesn't seem to deter them from pursuing the unattainable.
