Dr. Uzuki

Used to be on staff many years ago, but then stepped down to become a normal member. He requested to rejoin staff on May 5, 2006, and was met with near-unanimous acceptance from the Mod Hut. The appointment became official later on in that same day.

Rumour has it, he's not really a doctor.
