Founded on March 9th, 2006 by StarmanDX, #octgn is Gamingforce's local hangout for playing Magic: The Gathering through the free online client, OCTGN (http://www.cardfloppers.com). Activity didn't pick up much until the summer of 2006, when #octgn finally gained some regulars.
