History

Megalith Team was an idea initially spawned by Talk Like Megalith Week as a way for gfchat members to wreak havoc on terrible threads. Although Megalith'd threads aren't closed like the victims of Dinoteam, the results are usually much funnier.

Effect

Occasionally, certain threads turn into huge arguments or ridiculous shows of fanboyism. When this happens a member in chat will call forth the others to go in and MEGALITH a thread. The rate of success depends on how many are present at the moment. Certain members will try to fight against Megalith Team, but taking on Megalith's logic is the equivalent of banging your head against a brick wall. You can't even win, why lie.
