One of the more colourful and controversial members, Sir VG has been criticized for harbouring pedophilic tendencies. Opponents point to his fascination with the anime Cardcaptor Sakura as proof of these allegations. In real life, Sir VG works as a night auditor in 3 small hotels (all under the same ownership), and moonlights on the side as a computer reseller with IMAMYTH Computers (http://www.imamyth.com).

Avatar History
Starting New Years 2005, a weekly trend was going to be followed by hosting a different Cardcaptor Sakura avatar/signature/title/location/chocobanner set, allowing for special exceptions for special events (the release of Xenosaga Episode II, etc). It was mostly followed during the beginning of the year, but has been slack as of late.

Personality
Sir VG is generally thought of as being a poor member and is percieved as being banal, due to his often completely inappropriate drama centered around other members. Several members have suggested that he should be banned, but there being no technical violation of board rules, he remains unbanned to this point.
While Sir VG is deemed by some to have a pleasant and upbeat persona when conversing via instant messenging, his general demeanor on the forums at large as become one of apathetic listlessness as a result of recent drama incidents. When annoyed, he becomes as persistent and uninteresting as a dripping faucet, as he drones on in his endless, drab monotone.
Community Involvement
Forum Activity
Typically, Sir VG can be found primarily around the Help Desk, though he's known to frequent several other locations, including Audio Requests, Video Requests, Other Requests, The Sewers, RPG Forum, and Mario's Warp Room. He also visits Animespot only for the Tsubasa thread.
Sir VG also frequents the Chocojournal System.
Recently, he was part of the DonutTeam's initial appearance.
Drama
Megatokyo Journal Bannings
In Spring of 2005, Sir VG made a journal entry essentially stating that Megatokyo was the best webcomic ever made and that anyone who thought otherwise would be banned from his journal. As a result, comments disagreeing with his entry poured in, mostly just to see if he would really go through with it.
He was serious.
It is now assumed that a vast majority of the active GFF populace is now banned from his journal because of this. Most of the unbanned members are either A.) inactive, or B.) female and under the age of 25.
Far from being detrimental, some believe that the Megatokyo Journal Bannings were actually "a service to the community," in the words of Merv Burger.
The Whore Incident
During the 2005 round of moderator appointments, Sir VG spouted off a random struck-out comment, calling one of the new moderators, nadienne as "skate's saturday night whore". While he did not mean for the comment to be taken seriously (hence the striking-out), it took on a life of its own, much to Sir VG's chagrin. A flame war ensued in the thread, compounded by the summoning of Dinoteam to 'return the thread to normal'. The subsequent derailment resulted in the thread being split off to the Sewers.
The drama continued to build in Sir VG's journal, culminating in Miles' permanent ban entry in his own journal. The incident has since subsided, since Sir VG has technically not broken any board fules, and cannot be legally banned.
Sir VG attributes his comment due to stress. He was in the midst of moving - stuck between being out of his apartment, and not being able to get to his new home. While stuck in limbo, his stress levels rose, which lead to the incident happening.

Projects/Achievements
The Gamingforce community conceived a project in 2001 called Time's Scar: a Gamingforce Story. Sir VG took time to turn the text-based story into Flash movies. However, the project was never completed as interest in the story dwindled, and scenes became so complicated that basic Flash animation was nearly impossible to perform.

Included on the site are short "Avatar Productions" which was the brainchild behind turning Time's Scar into a Flash production.
