Spam central. Threads like "Say something about the person's avatar above you" were commonplace when this was still active. Initially introduced by the site administrator, bobo, as an outlet for spam and the like, the forum was eventually shut down (by bobo) when it was thought that the type of posting found here was "leaking" into other parts of the board. Through most of the Streets' existence, posts within were not included in a member's total post count, although for a short period of time they were.

Though the forum was by definition more spammy than the rest of the board, some debate remains as to whether its presence was a detriment or a benefit to the community.
